How fast do you actually reply?
Within minutes during desk hours (10am–7pm IST), and by your morning if you message overnight from the US, UK or Europe — the overnight edit shift picks it up. Either way, you will never wait the industry-standard two days.
How do I send footage?
A Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link on WhatsApp is enough. Phone footage is fine — most short-form is shot on phones.
Is the price really the price?
Yes. No setup fee, no export fee, no surprise "complexity" charges. If a clip genuinely needs extra work — heavy motion graphics, multi-language captions — we tell you the number before we start, and you decide.
Why not just use an AI editing app?
Use one — for logging and rough cuts, we do too. But hooks, comic timing, and knowing which three seconds of a ramble actually land is judgement. That's what you're paying for.
Can you manage the whole account, not just edit?
